Akomplice Webstore Terms and Conditions: By submitting your order though our online checkout system, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below which are non-negotiable. It is agreed that clicking the submit button will act as your electronic signature for the order being placed. Order Cancellation At Akomplice, we strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of the time they are placed. Delays may occur if we have problems filling an order completely, in which case we will contact you by phone and/or email. Returning an Order All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the package/s arrival. Returned items must be in like-new condition – not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action – refund or exchange. If the return is for exchange, you must included money for shipping back to you (Cash, Check or Note telling us to charge original Credit Card). When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds for shipping will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when he/she placed the order. Packages sent back to us using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund. Newsletter Subscriptions Purchasing customers may be automatically subscribed to the newsletter. You may opt out at anytime by using the link provided in each newsletter message. Your personal contact information will not be shared with any other company or other entity except as required by law.
